This is my all-time favorite piece. It is beautifully framed by my favorite framer, Atturo Zanella, which is partially why this piece is expensive (Atturo!), but it also took me a complete winter to create. For me, it is a work of love. It is a large handquilted, intricate delign of fabric, handmade papers, mixed medium and surprises in the suggestive shape of a heart. This piece I have used repeatedly to get into some of my favorite galleries! My gallery owners have loved it. I believe this work is part of my legacy, and that is how it got it's name.
